UCS is a local, family owned and run company founded in 2005 just down down the road in Bridgwater.  Since then we have strived to provide the best possible service to our customers.

We can also carry out remedial works such as grounds clearance, if perhaps you have been let down by another contractor.  We will ensure that the area is back under control, and ready for regular maintenance.

We have specialised in working with apartment block management companies, where we offer a multi-discipline service for residential apartment blocks in and around the Burnham-On-Sea area. We already service developments at Artillery Mews, Marconi Drive and others.

The multi-discipline package we have developed is unique to us in Somerset, and adds contract cleaning, routine property maintenance and compliance testing services to the grounds maintenance.
