Many of our clients are involved with block management, and entrust UCS with cleaning the internal and external communal areas of the apartment buildings they are responsible for. We visit and create a cleaning schedule that is specific to the premises we are working on. and fits your requirements.
Even with regular vacuuming, deep cleaning the carpets in the high traffic areas is essential to prolong the life of the flooring. Embedded dirt and grit will begin to wear away at the fibres of the flooring, and vacuuming alone won't shift it. UCS works with our clients to create a schedule of regular carpet cleaning.
UCS also offer exterior window cleaning. We use a reach and wash system, also known as a water-fed pole system, so that we can safely clean windows up to six stories high. Also, because we use filtered water for the cleaning, there are no unsightly waterspots left behind. Again, as with our other commercial cleaning services, the schedule of window cleaning is developed in conjunction with the needs of the client.
UCS also have a gutter vacuum cleaning system. We have seen the mess that other contractors create by using pressure jet gutter cleaning, which sprays debris all over the walls and nearby windows. A vacuum is far more efficient, and much tidier way of cleaning gutters! The onboard camera system means that we can check the guttering safely from ground level.
UCS offers a multi-discipline service to property management companies responsible for buildings in the Weston-Super-Mare area. Because we are apartment block specialists, the cleaning requirements is just one part of what we can do. We also provide grounds maintenance, routine property maintenance, as well as testing the safety systems. All of this is under one contractor, UCS.

We have dealt with UCS since 2011. We have found them to be organised and helpful. No task is too big or too small and on occasions some of these tasks have not always been the most pleasant. UCS have provided not only the communal area cleaning and window cleaning for four large apartment blocks, but they have also been our eyes on the site, and have reported issues found within the building communal areas, and have on many occasions resolved lighting issues for the safety of the tenants.
