Broken door furniture can really detract from the entrance to a property. Fortunately UCS are equipped to deal with this for you, saving the need to call another contractor in to sort it out

A necessity in many apartment buildings is somewhere for residents to dispose of cigarettes when smoking outside. A scruffy cigarette bin can detract from the appearance of a building.

Lock Repairs

Compliance Testing

Apartment block managers are subject to increasingly stringent legislation when it comes to the safety systems in apartment buildings. As part of the legal obligations, the fire alarm, smoke alarm, smoke detectors and AOV's all have to be regularly tested. Property managers simply can't spend all their time carrying out the testing. UCS can carry out the compliance testing for you, completing the on-site logs, and reporting back to you if anything requires further attention
